Sustainable development and production: a continuous improvement approach

French local production in a production plant is certified ISO 14 001 for its environmental management, which is directly connected to the source for pure and intact Avène Thermal Spring Water. 

Reduction of the impact of formulas: non-ecotoxic sun filters*, 90% of the rinse-off formulas are biodegradable**. From 2021, 100% of new rinse-off and leave-on skincare products will be eco-designed.

93% of our packaging is recyclable. By 2025, it will be 100% recyclable or reusable.***
